✨Daily mini handstand exercises. A simple weekly plan with 5-10 minute drills that help you build consistency and feel more stable on your hands.
✨Exclusive WhatsApp group. Stay connected, get reminders, share your progress and receive feedback throughout the challenge.

Level: Suitable for beginners and advanced alike. This challenge is not about perfection, it’s about leveling up.
Price: Included in all memberships. Without a membership, you only pay for the studio classes (CHF 140 in total) and receive everything else for free.

Open Class (Practice Time) (Saturday 11:00am-1:00pm)
Open class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants. Use this opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in class and connect with others. Price: Included in a subscription, else CHF 20.
